Yes even pregnant girls can do it. Paddle boarding is a low impact core body exercise. Perfect for a pregnant girl. Not only is paddling good exercise but it is good for your soul. The feeling of paddling on the water is like breath taking. Paddling is very easy to learn and requires a little bit of balance. As you are balancing on the board all your core muscles are working to maintain balance.

Our guest said they had one of the most incredible moments of their life. The couple rented 2 stand up paddle boards from a local Anna Maria paddle board rental company . The couple spent most of the day paddling up and down the beach from Bradenton beach to Holmes Beach. They said they were shocked and THRILLED the amount of wildlife they saw up close! Dolphins, schools of tarpon rolling, and manatees!!! First, they were telling me of how a pair of dolphins came up to their boards and wanted to play. It was like the couple of humans were meeting the couple of dolphins. The guests explained the dolphins were so freindly and played with the couple and the boards for about 10-15 minutes. What an experience. Then on the same day there were able to get about 5 feet from a manatee. They described that they were a bit scared at first do to the size of these sea cows but once they knew what it was they said it was magical.
