They are very easy to learn on; the boards are super buoyant and stable. First try laying on your stomach and paddling in front of the wave and get the feel of the wave pushing you. ( remember to stand back and keep your nose of the board up ) Once you have done that a few times now try it with a paddle. Face the beach and paddle toward the while looking behind you.
