Bimini Bay

Bimini Bay on Anna Maria Island is always a great place to go paddling. The bay is accessible from the east side of the Island or by the public boat ramp on 63rd or by the numerous streets that are on a canal. The bay is always protected from the wind so the water is mostly calm.

We love to paddle board in this bay on Anna Maria. There are many interesting homes to see, the water is shallow at times you can almost walk across, so you will be able to see many spieces of fish, rays and often dolphins and manatees.

I took a google screen shot of Bimini Bay so you can see. The blue area is the sheltered bay. If you choose to have a break for lunch you can paddle over to Rothen Ralphs or even paddle board over to the Anna Maria Island city pier.
