Paddle boarding during Florida storm

Here is a recent testimonial from a guy who had a blast paddle surfing on Anna Maria Island.

“Hey guys! Just wanted to thank you for the best time. Who knew I could surf in Florida. I came to Anna Maria to relax and sit on the beach and just chill out. With all the rain and the storms in the gulf those plans changed. I lived in Hawaii and California for much of my life and never thought I would be able to surf in Florida. Well the last few days were EPIC. Your stand up paddle boards just ripped! I had so much fun; I was able to use the board as a long board and then I used the paddle for extra balance. I’m still amazed at the waves there and will be back for sure and this time I might plan to come when there is a storm in the Gulf.
